Beverly Hills Capital Group and our partners have over 37 years of experience in the hospitality field. Over the past few decades we have built, designed, and created hotels and waterparks around in the U.S. In addition, we have a full hotel operational and management support team.

Veteran Housing: 

The Beverly Hills Capital Group has investment opportunities for those interested in helping our veterans of war. We will be focusing on building facilities that will take rental vouchers from the VA for veterans who are homeless and or disabled. There are tens of thousands of veterans all across the United States who currently have rental vouchers but there is no place for them to go. The Veterans Administration may provide veterans with rental vouchers or Certificates of Eligibility to buy homes, but they do not build and construct. The Beverly Hills Capital Group will build apartment style buildings either through ground up construction or retrofit of existing facilities such as hotels and ground up construction of single family homes will be made accessible for veterans who are disabled. Our goal is to make a major impact on the homeless and disabled veteran population in the United States.

Multi Family, Section 8 and Apartment Building:

The Beverly Hills Capital Group has the ability to build multi family housing from as little as 4 unites to over 500 units depending on the need. If a developer needs a 500 unit facility and needs help with designs, planning, architectural or any other need, The Beverly Hills Capital Group can provide all of these services in house.

The Beverly Hills Capital Group can build single family homes or a development of single family homes in any area in the United States depending on a developers permits and plans and local approvals.

The Beverly Hills Capital Group can handle all facets of Hotel development from ground up construction to retrofit of existing hotel facilities. We work with hotel developers and operators in both the United States and abroad. We can also help provide equity and debt to experienced hoteliers who seek creative financing options.
